At OFF-Crime™, every order is handled with precision and patience.
We don’t rush perfection — every drop is designed, inspected, and shipped with care.
When you buy from us, you’re not just purchasing clothing; you’re investing in a statement — and statements take time.
1. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days (after processing).
International Shipping – Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days).
We do not offer express or expedited shipping.
OFF-Crime™ is built on intention and perfection, not speed.
Every order goes through a full quality and authenticity check before leaving our facility.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Each product is verified for quality before shipment.
We take time to ensure every item represents OFF-Crime’s commitment to precision and authenticity.
3. Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package in real time.
If tracking updates are delayed or unavailable, please allow a short time for the courier to update their system.
If you still don’t see movement after several days, contact our team at support@offcrime.com for assistance.
4. International Shipping
OFF-Crime™ proudly ships worldwide. 🌍
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, determined by your country’s regulations.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your purchase price.
Customs or import procedures may extend the delivery timeframe — please allow extra time for international shipments.
Patience is part of the process — every piece is worth the wait.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@offcrime.com with your order number.
We will assist you in locating your package and working with the courier if necessary.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, our team will open an investigation with the carrier to determine the best resolution.
Please note:
OFF-Crime™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot cancel or edit confirmed orders once they enter production or fulfillment.
7. Ownership & Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility, ownership transfers to the buyer.
OFF-Crime™ is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the courier or lost due to incorrect addresses.
We recommend ensuring your delivery information is accurate and secure at checkout.
