Welcome to the vault. At OFF-Crime™, we do heists for style, not for your money — so paying is easy, secure, and totally above board. Below’s how we take care of the transaction side of the score.

Fraud Prevention

We’re protective — not predatory. Occasionally our system may flag orders that look suspicious (wrong address, mismatched details, or other red flags). If your order is flagged, we may contact you for confirmation or, in rare cases, cancel the order to protect you and the brand. We’ll always try to sort it fast and fairly.

Charges & Currency

Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout. International transactions may incur currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider. OFF-Crime™ is not responsible for those extra charges.

Authorization & Billing

When you place an order, your payment method may be temporarily authorized to confirm funds. Final charging occurs when the order ships (unless otherwise stated). If payment cannot be captured, we will notify you and cancel the order.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Remember — OFF-Crime™ runs limited drops, and most sales are final (see our No-Return Policy). If a refund is issued for an eligible case (e.g., verified fulfillment error), it will be processed to the original payment method. Chargebacks must be raised through your card provider; we may contest fraudulent chargebacks and will provide evidence to protect both parties.

Taxes & Fees

Sales tax, VAT, or other duties are applied as required by law and shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.
