OFF-Crime™ Return & Refund Policy

At OFF-Crime™, every piece is final.
We design with intent, produce in limited quantities, and move fast — there are no restocks, no do-overs, no second chances.
Once you secure a piece, it’s yours. Forever.

1. No Returns. No Refunds. No Exceptions.

All sales made through offcrime.com are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances — including:

  • Change of mind or sizing issues.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Limited-edition or archive items.

  • Minor variations in print, texture, or packaging.

Each item is individually inspected before shipment to ensure OFF-Crime™ standards of quality and authenticity are met.
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case and, only in verified situations of fulfillment error, provide a replacement or store credit.
This is the only scenario where compensation may be considered.

3. Limited Product Policy

Every OFF-Crime™ release is part of a limited drop.
Quantities are scarce, and once a piece sells out, it will not be restocked.
This exclusivity is what makes OFF-Crime™ what it is — each order is a one-time acquisition.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and cannot be reversed.

4. Refunds Are Not Provided

OFF-Crime™ does not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or sizing errors.

  • Carrier or customs delays.

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the product will not be reshipped or refunded.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order leaves our facility, ownership transfers to you.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments — please ensure your delivery address is accurate before checkout.
